RAISIN - OATMEAL COOKIES 
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. oatmeal
1 c. Wesson oil
1 c. milk
2 c. brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. raisins

Combine flour, salt, soda and cinnamon. Mix in oatmeal. In large bowl combine oil, milk, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Add raisins. Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Refrigerate at least 2 hours, preferably overnight. Drop by heaping teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
