RAINY DAY CHICKEN SALAD 
3 lbs. boneless chicken breasts, coked and diced
Celery stalk, chopped
1 c. seedless grapes, cut in half
1/2 c. blanched almonds
4 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 c. vanilla yogurt
3/4 c. sour cream
3/4 c. mayonnaise

Mix chicken, celery, grapes and almonds. Blend together mustard, yogurt, sour cream, and mayonnaise, add to chicken mixture and stir thoroughly. Please note - add the mayonnaise mixture to the chicken a little at a time - to your taste; you may not use it all.
