JELLO - VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained & juice reserved
2 c. cabbage, grated
2 c. carrots, grated
1 to 2 c. miniature marshmallows

Dissolve Jello in large bowl with 2 cups boiling water. Add enough cold water to reserved pineapple juice to make 1 3/4 cups. Add to Jello mixture and set aside to cool. Do not congeal. Stir in grated cabbage and carrots. Mix well, then stir in marshmallows. They will rise to top. Chill until firm. Our family and friends have been enjoying this cool, refreshing salad for more than 35 years.
