JEAN'S SEVEN LAYERED SALAD 
2 heads lettuce
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
6 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, uncooked, thawed and drained
2 (10 oz.) fresh spinach, torn
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 c. sour cream
2 c. mayonnaise
(Optional - 1 sm. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch Dressing)

Layer first six ingredients. Top with sour cream and mayonnaise. Serves 12.
