DOUBLE PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 pkg. instant Pistachio pudding
1 white or yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. nuts
1 c. club soda or water (if pudding is included in cake mix, reduce liquid to 3/4 c.)

Combine and blend all the above ingredients. Beat on medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour into 13 x 9 inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes. Cool 15 minutes and remove from an.

1 1/2 c. cold milk
1 env. Dream Whip
1 pkg. Pistachio pudding

Beat on low speed to blend. Beat on high speed until soft peaks form about 4 - 6 minutes.
