HOT TAMALE PIE 
2 lb. ground meat
2 onions, chopped
2 bell peppers, chopped
1 can tomatoes
Salt and pepper
1 c. cornmeal mix
1 tsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 can ripe olives, chopped

Put ingredients into boiler and cook until done. Drain. Mix cornmeal with water to a mush. Layer meat with cornmeal mush until dish is full. Top with mush. Bake 30 minutes to 1 hour.
