HAM BARBECUE 
1/3 c. minced onion
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. ketchup
1/3 c. vinegar or lemon
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. Worcestershire
1/8 tsp. salt
1 lb. chipped ham

Combine all ingredients except chipped ham. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add chipped ham and simmer until thoroughly heated. Omit salt if ham is salty. A crock pot can be used. Makes 6-8 servings.
