CURRIED POTATO SALAD 
6 c. cooked potatoes, diced
4 hard-cooked eggs, diced
1/2 c. chopped pickles
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. celery seed
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. curry powder

Mix diced potatoes, eggs, pickles, celery and onion. Blend sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice and spices. Pour over potato mixture and chill. Makes 6-8 servings.
