1 c. soft butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. powdered sugar 2 1/4 c. flour 3/4 c. nuts, chopped fine Preheat oven to 400°F. Cream together the powdered sugar, butter and vanilla. Blend in flour and salt. Stir in nuts. Chill. Roll chilled dough into 1-inch balls. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar. Cool on rack. Roll in powdered sugar again if desired. |
