SCRAMBLED EGGS AND CHEESE BAKE 
Seasoned croutons
1 lb. American or Velveeta cheese, cubed
12 eggs
2 c. milk
Salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder to taste

Line 9 x 13 inch pan with the seasoned croutons. Place the cheese on top. Mix together the eggs, milk, and seasonings. Pour over the top of the cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. You can top this after baking with any of the following: Crumbled bacon, diced ham, mushrooms (sliced), onions (chopped), or green peppers (chopped).
