VEAL CUTLET PARMIGIANA 
Dip cutlet into beaten egg and in bread crumbs. Add salt and pepper. Fry in hot Spry until brown (about 10 minutes each side). Place in baking dish, cover with tomato sauce 15 minutes before done. Add Muenster cheese or Mozzarella slices. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.

NOTE: Pound veal into thin slices before cooking.
