SHRIMP DE JONGHE 
1 lb. raw shrimp
2 tbsp. white wine
1/8 tsp. white pepper
2 tbsp. soft butter
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. minced chives or leeks
Salt, to taste

Wash, shell and devein shrimp. Arrange them in a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with the wine and salt. Mix the garlic, butter, chives or leeks, bread crumbs and pepper. Sprinkle over shrimp. Heat oven to 350 degrees and bake 20-25 minutes. Serve hot with a green vegetable and salad.
