SKILLET PIZZA 
1 (6 1/2 oz.) pkg. pizza crust mix
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. pepperoni
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. sliced black olives
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese

Grease a 12 inch electric or stove top skillet. Prepare pizza crust according to package directions. Line bottom and 1/2 inch up the sides of the skillet with dough. Combine tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, and oregano; spread on dough. Layer pepperoni, onion, green pepper, and olives over sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook over medium heat (set electric skillet at 375 degrees) for 15 minutes or until crust is brown on bottom and cheese is melted. Slide out onto cutting board and cut into wedges or squares.

Made this last. It's easier to just buy pizza sauce already in a can, but to each their own I guess. I found the cooking temp to be way too high! Our pizza was done in about 7 mins with some burning on the bottom. Thankfully I was watching it and the timer I set. Pizaa still tasted fine. Next time I'll know lower temp!
