SHRIMP CASHEWS 
12 shrimp
1/2 tbsp. oil
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 egg white
1/2 tsp. chili pepper
1/4 c. cashew nuts
2 scallions, chopped
1 tsp. ginger and garlic
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. vinegar
3 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch

Mix cornstarch and egg white together. Add shrimp to coat. Put oil in pan and add shrimp and cook to pink, then add all ingredients and stir and serve.
