DANISH VEGETABLES 
2 c. chopped cabbage
1/2 c. chopped zucchini
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped celery
2 c. mixed frozen peas & carrots
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. dry milk
1/2 c. water

Saute onions and celery in butter in a large skillet. Add rest of ingredients. Bring to a boil, cover, turn down heat and simmer 15-20 minutes.
