EGG FRATATA 
1 bunch broccoli
2-3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. olive oil
6 eggs
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. fine bread crumbs
Salt & pepper to taste

Steam broccoli in salt water and drain. Fry garlic in olive oil and remove. Add broccoli and saute for a few minutes until tender. Beat eggs, add Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Add 1/2 egg mixture to broccoli and cook until eggs are done. Flip over and add the remaining 1/2 egg mixture. Cover and cook until eggs are done. Cut as a pie and serve with your favorite salad.
