3 eggs yolks beaten
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. pineapple juice
1 tbsp. butter
dash salt

Combine all ingredients and cook over low heat. Stir constantly until thickens. Cool pour over fruit.
