WASHINGTON CHEESE CAKE 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. butter, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
3 eggs
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (21 oz.) can pie filling (cherry or strawberry)

Combine crumbs, sugar, and butter; press onto bottom of 9 inch spring-form pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes.

Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, and flour, mixing on electric mixer until well blended. Blend in eggs, milk, and vanilla; pour over crust. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 250 degrees; continue baking 25 to 30 minutes until set. Loosen cake from rim of pan. Cool; remove rim and chill. Top with pie filling before serving.
