BACON BUBBLE 
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. butter, melted
2 pkgs. refrigerated biscuits

In bowl combine eggs, bacon, peppers, onions, cheese. Cut biscuits into quarters and add to bowl. Pour butter over all and toss. Mix well to cover each piece. Turn into 1 1/2 quart greased ring mold. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
