INDIVIDUAL HAM LOAVES 
2 1/2 lbs. ground ham
2 1/2 lbs. pork sausage, unseasoned
2 c. bread crumbs
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
Salt and pepper
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. catsup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. vinegar

Mix ham, sausage, bread crumbs, eggs, and milk. Make it real moist. Add salt and pepper to taste. Shape into small loaves. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and drain.

Make the sauce by mixing sugar, catsup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and vinegar. Pour over loaves and return to the oven for 10 minutes.
