ALMOND DANISH PUFF 
With pastry blender mix:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter

Pat into two, 3 x 12 inch strips on cookie sheet, 3 inches apart.

Boil:

1/2 c. butter

Remove from heat, add:

1 tsp. almond flavoring

Quickly beat in:

1 c. flour

Add:

3 eggs, one at a time

Divide in half, spread over the two, 3 x 12 inch strips. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.

FROSTING:

Frost with:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Milk or cream for thinning
