“EASY TO MAKE SNICKERDOODLES” IS IN:

EASY TO MAKE SNICKERDOODLES 
1 cup shortening or 2 sticks butter (softened)
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
2-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. rum flavor
1 tsp. butter flavor
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. cinnamon

Cream shortening and sugar; add eggs; stir in dry ingredients. Chill. Roll into walnut sized balls. Roll balls in mixture of 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.

Bake 400°F for 8-10 minutes.
