1 c. sugar
1 c. corn syrup
1 c. chunky peanut butter
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips, melted
6 c. Special K or Rice Krispies cereal

Bring to boil corn syrup and sugar. Remove from heat and add peanut butter. Mix well and press into oblong pan (9x13 inch). Cover with melted chocolate chips.
