1 stick butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. of chocolate chips
1/3 pkg. of butterscotch chips
1 c. peanut butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 sm. box of Crispix cereal
1 lb. powdered sugar

Melt together butter, peanut butter, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and salt in large pan. Mix in cereal.

Put mixture in refrigerator to cool approximately 10 minutes. Put powdered sugar in large paper bag, add cereal mixture. Shake well to coat.
