GRAPE JELLY 
Ripe Concord grapes
1 1/2 c. sugar for each cup juice

Cook ripe grapes without adding any water. Stir well. Strain. Reheat juice to boiling. For each cup of juice add 1 1/2 cups sugar. Return to a boil and boil for 1 1/2 minutes. Pour into glasses and seal.
