1 cup whipping cream
1 cup dairy sour cream
1 1/2 tbsp. powdered sugar
3/8 tsp. vanilla

Gradually add whipping cream to sour cream. Add sugar and vanilla and whisk until thoroughly blended. Chill. Whisk again just before using.

Makes 2 cups.
