1/3 stick butter, melted
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 pt. sour cream
3 oz. grated Swiss cheese
3 oz. grated American cheese
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 tbsp. dry mustard
4 tbsp. real lemon juice
3 (10 oz.) pkg. French style beans
Paprika

Mix all ingredients together over medium heat until cheese is melted. Cook beans. Add cheese sauce and top with paprika. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Serves 8.
