Sweet potatoes
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. Karo syrup
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Marshmallows

Wash and chunk potatoes. Melt butter, sugar, salt, Karo and water. Pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Heat thoroughly, add marshmallows. Brown in broiler.
