SOFT CLOUDS 
6 med. potatoes, peeled, boiled & drained
2 eggs, beaten
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. grated Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
1 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Salt & pepper

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and whip with electric mixer until smooth. Transfer to greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6-8.
