EASY CHICKEN PIE 
1 chicken
1 cream of chicken soup
1 c. flour
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. salt and pepper
1 stick butter, melted
2 c. broth

Cook chicken, debone and cut up. Put chicken in casserole. Mix soup with chicken broth and pour over chicken. Mix flour, salt, pepper, buttermilk and butter. Spoon this over chicken and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown.
