CHICKEN CRISPY | |
500 gr (about 1 lb) fresh chicken, cut into six. 1 egg 2 grains of garlic, chop 1 tsp chicken bouillon powder 1/2 tsp chili powder (optional) a little bit of salt for the crispy flour (cracker or bread crumbs) 250 gr plain flour 3 tbsp plain milk powder 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper Marinade the chicken with egg, chopped garlic, chicken bouillon powder, chili powder and give a little bit of salt, for 1 hour. Heat the oil (deep frying method). Mix all ingredient of crispy flour, stir gently use your hands until well mixed. Prepare the ice water, about 1 liter. Take the chicken, put in the flour mixture, squeeze, heavies slowly to not too much farinaceous tufts. Dip quickly into the ice water, make sure that the fingers do not enter into water. After that put back into the flour mixture. Pat until all chicken is covered by flour. Do one by one in the same way. Deep fry the chicken. After the chicken is put into the oil (medium heat), after 2 minutes reduce the heat. Don't too much in stirring, fry until golden brown. Submitted by: fira |
