SQUASH CASSEROLE 
3 c. squash, sliced
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
Dash of cinnamon
2 c. rolled cracker crumbs
Sharp Cheddar cheese

Cook squash until tender with pinch of salt. After mashing squash, mix 1/2 cup sugar and 2 pats of butter into squash. Layer squash in casserole. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Layer of cracker crumbs and sprinkle half grated cheese on crumbs and then repeat again in another layer. Have eggs and milk mixed together and pour over top. Bake in 350 degree oven until done.
