HAM CASSEROLE | |
12 slices white bread 12 oz. Swiss cheese 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli 6 slightly beaten eggs 2 c. diced cooked ham 3 1/2 c. milk 2 tsp. minced onion 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. dry mustard Cut bread slices with doughnut cutter. Arrange scraps in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Layer cheese, cooked and drained broccoli and ham on top. Arrange doughnut, cut pieces of bread on top. Combine rest of ingredients. Pour over bread. Refrigerate at least 6 hours. Bake at 325 degrees for 55 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting. |
