SAVORY POT ROAST 
3 lb. pot roast
1/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1/4 c. catsup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Place roast in crock pot. Mix all ingredients and pour over roast. (Meat may be browned before cooking if desired.) Cook on low for 10 to 12 hours or on high 5 to 6 hours. Skim off grease before serving.
