HAM DELIGHT 
3 c. ground, cooked ham or pork roast
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
3/4 lb. grated sharp cheese
12 slices bread
3 eggs, beaten
3 1/2 c. milk

In large skillet, saute onion in butter until tender. Combine onion, ham and broccoli. Meanwhile, trim crusts from bread. Arrange crusts in bottom of a buttered oblong casserole dish. Top with ham mixture, then cheese. Arrange bread slices on top of cheese. Combine eggs, milk and small amount of mustard. Pour over bread slices. Cover and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
