MOZZARELLA AND HAM KABOBS 
2 tbsp. olive oil and salad oil
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. seasoned pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. crushed red peppers
2 (9 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, cubed
8 oz. thin sliced prosicuitto
1 (7 1/2 oz.) jar roasted drained peppers (red)

1. Mix first six ingredients.

2. Add Mozzarella cubes. (Cover and refrigerate.)

3. Cut red pepper into pieces.

4. Cut ham into quarters.

5. Basil leaves, optional.

On skewer - red pepper, basil, ham, marinated cheese and repeat.
