EASY ROLLS
1 box of Jiffy white cake mix
1 pkg. dry yeast (I use rapid rise)
1 1/4 c. warm water
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 to 3 c. all-purpose flour

Mix cake mix and yeast. Dissolve salt in warm water. Then stir them all together. Gradually work in flour to make a soft dough that can be handled. Knead until smooth. Cover and let stand 1 hour in a warm place. Punch dough down and shape into rolls. Place in greased pan. Brush with oil or melted butter. Let rise until double (about an hour). Bake at 400 degrees. Can also make loaves.

Easy Rolls

Very easy. Use bread flour instead for a lighter roll. Bake for 20 minutes (recipe didn't say). Yellow Jiffy cake mix works fine too. Preheated oven to get it warm then turned it off, put covered bowl inside to let dough rise. My house is drafty. It worked. Yum.
