CORN BREAD DRESSING 
1 lg. iron frying pan of corn bread, baked
2 lg. eggs
1 lg. onion, sauteed
1/2 tsp. salt and black pepper
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning or 1 tsp. allspice
2 tsp. sage
1 stick butter
2 or more c. broth of turkey

Dressing is much better if corn bread is baked the day before. Crumble up very well and add all the above ingredients: eggs; onion; salt; pepper; spices and broth. The butter and water is used to give the right texture, to keep it not to dry. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until lightly browned.
