CREAM CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
16 oz. tomato sauce (I use plain Ragu)
16 oz. peeled, Italian seasoned tomatoes, crushed
8 oz. soft cream cheese
1 pt. sour cream
Italian seasoning (crush in hand before adding to sauce)
2 (16 oz.) pkgs. extra wide egg noodles
1 c. cottage cheese

1. Boil noodles in water with 1 teaspoon salt and olive oil, drain and set aside.

2. Brown meat in large skillet, drain fat. Add tomatoes, Ragu, season to taste.

3. Cream three dairy products in separate bowl.

4. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

5. Grease 2, 2 1/2 quart casseroles, with butter.

6. Layer starting with a thin layer of sauce, then a layer of noodles, then cheese mix, then sauce, ending with a layer of sauce.

7. Bake at 400 degrees approximately 45 minutes.

8. You may season dairy mixture with crushed Italian seasoning and garlic. Cheese mixture should be thin.
