NOODLE CREAM CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 onion, chopped

1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce with bits

Make layers in casserole starting with noodles, sauce and cream cheese mixture and again with noodles and sauce. Top with 1/2 cup grated cheese - cheddar. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. After the meat, garlic and onion is browned, mix with tomato sauce.
