ST. PAUL'S RICE | |
1 lb. hot sausage 1 stalk celery 1 bell pepper 3 envelopes Lipton's chicken noodle soup 1/2 c. rice 4 c. water Brown sausage and drain. Saute celery and pepper until cooked. Set aside to cool. Bring water to a boil. Add soup and rice and cook 7 minutes. Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. |
