2 c. non-dairy creamer
1 2/3 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
3/4 c. non-fat dry milk
1/4 tsp. salt

In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Store in air-tight container. To make 1 cup hot cocoa, mix 3 heaping teaspoons in 1 cup hot water. Stir. Makes 4 1/2 cups of mix.
