1 c. whipped butter
1 c. strained honey
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg

Mix all ingredients and bake in greased and floured muffin pans. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
