BREAKFAST SOUFFLE 
12 slices white bread
1/4 lb. melted butter
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 lb. cooked crumbled bacon
1 lb. cubed Velveeta
12 beaten eggs
2 tsp. salt
4 1/2 c. milk

Remove crust of bread. Mix butter and dry mustard and brush over bread slices. Stack and cut bread into cubes. Put cubes in bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle bacon and cheese over bread.

Pour eggs and milk mixture over bread and bacon layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or until set. May be prepared ahead of time and refrigerate.
