2 c. granulated sugar
1 stick butter (1/2 c.)
2 heaping tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
Pinch of salt
1/2 c. peanut butter
3 c. oatmeal
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix and cook sugar, milk, cocoa, butter, and salt until a rolling boil. Remove form heat and add to this mixture: peanut butter, oatmeal, and vanilla. Beat until all blended. Drop by spoonful on sheets of waxed paper. Let set until cool.
