PUDDIN 'N TATER POUND CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. instant potato flakes
4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 c. butter
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. water
4 eggs

Mix all ingredients together and bake in tube pan for 55 to 65 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool; spread glaze over. Sprinkle nuts over.

GLAZE:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. cream cheese or butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2-3 tbsp. milk
3 to 5 tbsp. chopped nuts
