POTATOES ON THE GRILL 
4 lg. potatoes
1 onion
4 to 6 tbsp. butter

Scrub potatoes, slice lengthwise like for French fries (leave peelings on). Place on greased square of foil, top with sliced onion, dot with butter, salt and pepper to taste. Fold foil over and seal. Place on the grill to the side and let bake while meat is grilling. Several smaller packages of foil will cook faster than 1 large one and it's easier to find a place to fit on the grill. (Also good in the oven.)
