POTATOES ON THE GRILL 
4 lg. red potatoes
1 bottle good vinegar & oil Italian dressing

Boil potatoes with skins on until almost tender. While hot cut into 1/2 inch slices. Place in glass baking dish and cover with Italian dressing. Marinate for 3 hours. Make sure coals in grill are medium hot.

Take potatoes out of marinate and place directly on the grate over coals. Brown on each side, about 10 minutes on each side. Tastes something like German potato salad.
