CHOCOLATE TURTLES 
Pecan halves
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. cream
14 oz. pkg. caramels
Milk chocolate

On waxed paper, place two pecan halves side by side with one on top. In double boiler, melt 1/2 stick butter, 1/4 cup cream, and caramels. Let cool until slightly thickened. Spoon over nuts and let sit overnight. (The caramel will run so you may need to push back on the pecans before dipping in chocolate.) Melt milk chocolate in microwave or double boiler and dip turtles. Store on waxed paper in cool place.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
