TACO SALAD 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 c. lettuce
1 c. chopped tomatoes
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 (8 oz.) can black olives
2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 bag taco chips
2 bottles Kraft Catalina dressing
2 (8 oz.) bags Cheddar cheese

In a skillet, brown beef, drain grease. Add taco seasoning and cayenne pepper. Simmer 5 minutes. In square cake pan, layer ingredients: meat, lettuce, tomatoes, green pepper, black olives and cheese. Refrigerate.

Just before serving, smash taco chips layer and pour Catalina dressing and mix up well and serve.
